We are committed to providing the exact goat that is either shown or fully described to the customer before purchase.

For online orders, we share complete details in advance — including images, videos, breed, age, weight, health status, and all key characteristics.

Once the customer confirms the order, a 100% advance payment is required before the goat is dispatched.

After full payment is received, the goat will be delivered to the customer’s provided address.

If the customer is not satisfied at the time of delivery and chooses not to accept the goat, we reserve the right to deduct delivery and labor costs. The remaining amount will be refunded upon mutual agreement.

We will also provide health records, vaccination history, and breeding standards before delivery to ensure complete transparency.
